Walking Group 

Objectives:    ~  Fellowship  ~  Fitness  ~  Fun  ~  Caring  ~

Monday mornings: 9:30 am

Normally 1 hour – 1.25 hours

Gentle Exercise – Walks are open to all regardless of age or fitness levels and children are most welcome.

Sorry – but no dogs allowed on our walks.

The meeting point for most walks is at the venue. BYO morning tea on first Monday in the month. The group is normally in recess during the winter months and resumes in early September.
